A $500 deposit is required to begin work on any bulk custom gift basket order of 25 or more. This deposit secures your order, allows us to begin sourcing materials, and covers the time spent on customization, strategy, and sample creation.

• $250 of the deposit is non-refundable to cover initial consultations, strategy planning, and sample preparation.
• The remaining $250 is refundable if the order is canceled at least 14 days before the scheduled fulfillment date.
• The deposit is applied toward your final order total.
• No work will begin until the deposit is received.
